After your initial assessment, we will work together to agree a treatment plan based on the evidence for best practice and tailored to your specific needs. This plan will outline the number of sessions likely to be required, along with review points. Review sessions allow us to monitor progress, make any adjustments to enhance outcomes, and decide whether to continue beyond the original plan.

Treatment Fees
Initial Assessment
(up to 2 hours)

Your Initial Assessment is a thorough, collaborative process designed to understand your experiences in depth and to begin shaping a treatment plan that feels right for you.
What this includes
- A detailed clinical assessment using gold-standard OCD and anxiety measures
- Exploration of your current symptoms, history, and treatment goals
- Clear explanation of your diagnosis (if applicable)
- An outline treatment plan tailored to your needs
- Time afterwards for Sasha to review your assessment and prepare your clinical notes
Treatment Session
(50 minutes)
£160
Individual therapy sessions draw on evidence-based approaches such as CBT and ERP, delivered in a supportive, structured way at a pace that feels safe for you.
What this includes
- A full 50-minute one-to-one therapy session
- Personalised worksheets, resources, and between-session tasks
- Brief out-of-session support for practical matters (e.g., confirming tasks, clarifying guidance)
- Ongoing monitoring of progress so treatment remains focused and effective
Brief Clinical Letters & Reports
£160
Letters or short reports are sometimes helpful if you need documentation for work, school, your GP, or another professional involved in your care.
What this includes
- A concise, clinically accurate summary of your assessment or treatment
- Communication written in accessible, non-technical language
- Liaison with other professionals if required (larger reports may incur additional fees, always agreed in advance)
If significant or regular communication with other professionals is needed as part of your care (for example, with your GP, social care, or school), additional charges may apply. These will always be discussed beforehand.
Payment Process
Bank transfer details are provided when you book your assessment. Full payment is required at least 48 hours before your appointment. Please quote your invoice number as the payment reference.
